Munhall Central Volunteer Fire & Rescue, Inc. members hosted a Structural Collapse Operations training this month. Munhall Volunteer Fire Co. # 1, Homestead Fire Department, United Volunteer Fire/Rescue, City Of Duquesne Fire Department, Blaine Hill VFC, Murrysville, South Brownsville Volunteer Fire Company #1, Penn Hills 225 and Allison #2 attended, along with members from Munhall Central.
The course covered different equipment for structural collapse, stabilization, building construction, and void spaces in collapsed structures.
If you or your department is Interested in joining, come join us. Stop down any Wednesday evening after 6:30 p.m. or message us for details.
No experience needed and all training is provided.
